In order to obtain information on practice accounts held by PCNS, we require you to register as a Funding Organisation. Your registration request will be sent to BHF for vetting and once approved, you will be able to search our practitioner database.

This Registration form is for Funding Organisations only.

Tip: Your password needs to be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one symbol (!, @, #, etc).
